Subcontractor Agreement
Review and sign the subcontractor agreement which specifies all of the policies and proceedures our subcontractors are expected to follow along with insurance requirements (if applicable), payment terms, and schedule expectations.
Subcontractor W9 IRS
Fill out the attached W9 with your taxpayer identification information necessary for the IRS.
Subcontractor Insurance Certificate
Please attach and submit a certificate of insurance listing Forge Contracting as additionally insured from your provider.
